Hair Transplant Scheduling Deposit:

• To schedule your hair transplant, you need to pay a deposit of €1500.
• This deposit will go towards your total balance.

Balance Payment:

• • You can pay the final balance in cash or by credit card.
  • If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, make sure to transfer the amount at least 3 days before you leave Cyprus to allow time for the funds to clear.
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and all major credit cards except American Express and Diners Club.
  • Personal cheques and banker’s drafts are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy for Hair Transplant Surgery:

•  1. Cancelling 28 Days or More Before the Surgery:
• You will get a refund of €1000 out of the €1500 deposit.
• €500 will be deducted for consultation, administration, and cancellation costs.
• HDC will refund this amount, but you are responsible for any bank or credit card charges.

•  2. Cancelling less than 28 Days Before the Surgery:
• The deposit is not refunded.
• However, you can use the deposit towards rescheduling the surgery.

•  2. If the Clinic cancels the Surgery:   
• If the clinic cancels due to reasons like a physical disaster, doctor’s sickness, accidents or any unforseen incident, you can either:
• Reschedule the surgery for another date, or
• Get a full refund of the deposit.
