PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Hair Transplant Scheduling Deposit
An advance deposit of EURO 1.500 is required to schedule a date for your hair transplant procedure. This payment will be credited towards the total balance due.
If you cancel your scheduled hair transplant surgery at least 28 days before the scheduled date, the deposit is fully refunded.
If you cancel your scheduled hair transplant surgery 13-27 days before the scheduled date, the deposit is not refunded but can be used towards a new date.
If you cancel in less than 12 days or on the date of the surgery due to your inability to undergo the surgery (e.g., hiding medical condition) the deposit will not be refunded. It will be credited towards the cost of staff and premises inactivity.
In case the clinic cancels the surgery for any reason such as physical disaster, sickness or accident of the doctor or any other unforseen or unexpected incident, we can either reschedule the surgery for another date or refund the full deposit.
Please ensure that you provide a minimum of 28 days notice if you need to cancel your surgery to be eligible for a full refund.
Balance Payment
The final payment must be settled either in cash or credit card. If the preferred method of payment of the final balance is by bank transfer then this amount must be transferred 3 days prior your departure from Cyprus, allowing enough time for the funds to clear.
For payments, we accept cash and bank transfers as well as all major credit cards except American Express and Diners Club. Personal Cheques and Banker's Drafts are not accepted.
