PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Hair Transplant Scheduling Deposit

An advance deposit of EURO 1.000 is required to schedule a date for your hair transplant procedure. This payment will be credited towards the total balance due. Means of payment are described below.

Our refund policy for the initial deposit requires a minimum 14 days cancellation notice. The amount deposited is fully refundable if the notice is given at least 14 days prior the scheduled hair transplant procedure.

The non-refundable amount could be transferred to a rescheduled hair transplant date.

In case the cancellation happens in less than 4 days or on the date of the surgery, then the prepayment is credited towards the cost of inactivity of the staff and premises assigned for your surgery and it will not be refunded in any way.

Balance Payment

The final payment must be settled either in cash or credit card. If the preferred method of payment of the final balance is by bank transfer then this amount must be transferred 3 days prior your departure from Cyprus, allowing enough time for the funds to clear.

For payments, we accept cash and bank transfers as well as all major credit cards except American Express and Diners Club. Personal Cheques and Banker's Drafts are not accepted.
