This is a NW Class 4 patient and a potential Class 5. You can see his NW scale in the before photos.
He had some hair in the transplanted area. This gave us the option to spread the transplanted 3520 grafts into an area that would need more, if he had a completely bald recipient. This way we saved donor for the future.
The patient obviously is very happy and was glad to allow us to post his result.
You can see the triangles in the front, achieving an irregular hairline (now we do it less intense), that the density drops after the first 3 cm to cover more area and avoid damaging his existing hair.
This is a 28-year-old patient of NW3 scale. His hair transplant with HDC Hair Clinic, is presented as Before the surgery, Post operation and 7 months after.
He is considered a good hair transplant candidate as his donor is of good quality and does not have strong potential to lose more hair soon.
This is a 33-year-old patient coming from Poland. His goal is to cover all the baldness, front and crown. To finish this job, it has been estimated that about 5000 grafts were needed.
As the concern of HDC Hair Clinic is to complete the coverage without depleting the donor, it was decided to break the amount of 5000 grafts into 2 sessions. We proceeded with 3500 grafts to cover the front as shown below.
This is a 34-year-old patient who has lost his hair in the front and half top area and is heading towards class NW4. He has thin hair in the class 4 area which will be lost in the coming years, and he will need further hair transplantation in this area.
